PERKS FOR ORGANIZERS & ATTENDEES
OPTION 1:
Each attendee receives $25 Off all Adult Full Event and Adult Performers Passes.
OPTION 2 (W9 Required):
Each attendee receives $15 Off all Adult Full Event and Adult Performers Passes.
Organizers earn $10 per ticket for each qualified ticket sold under their Affiliate Code.
OPTION 3 (W9 Required):
Each attendee receives $5 Off all Adult Full Event, Adult Performers, and Adult All Nights Passes.
Organizers earn $20 per ticket for each qualified ticket sold under their Affiliate Code.
OPTION 4:
Each attendee receives $5 Off all Full Event, Performers, and All Nights Passes.
Organizers donate $20 commission to the HSD Scholarship Program.
FAQs:
Submit application for approval and include a completed W-9 for options 2 & 3 (DOWNLOAD).
Once approved, bachata, Inc. will send an approval email.
Payouts will be reconciled at the end of each month with payouts taking place up to forty-five (45) days after congress event close-out date.
Your Affiliate Code does not expire, and can be used EVERY year starting September 1st, and ending the Wednesday before the event starts.
All tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
Payouts will be forfeited when an updated W-9 is not received.
Affiliates may not misrepresent their affiliation with bachata, Inc. All digital and online marketing requires prior approval. Price gouging is PROHIBITED! Images owned by bachata, Inc. may not be used without prior approval. Violators can have their participation terminated, and any balance owed forfeited.
