  • Ticket Holder Names must be UNIQUE.  ONE PASS PER PERSON.
  • Name change 25€ (last day will be annonce on social media)
  • Valid Photo ID is REQUIRED for each Ticket Holder.
  • Lost or Removed wristbands can incur a Service Fee and requires proof of purchase.
  • ALL wristbands must be worn on the LEFT wrist at all times, even during performances.
  • Minors are required to stay in the presence of his/her guardian at all times.
  • DISABILITIES:  Please inform us of your needs during registration to help us plan ahead.
  • Front section of auditorium is reserved for VIP upgrades.  Seats are limited.
  • Performance Ballroom has limited seating; Capacity will be limited for safety code reasons; Arrive early
