IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Performances longer than 2:30 minutes will NOT be approved.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • NO Offensive Language.  Please let us know if your performance is inappropriate for children to view.
  • Applications without videos will be DENIED!  Your video does not have to be high quality. A practice video or the instructors performing is good enough, but we use this content to determine placement on the roster and to make sure performance is appropriate.

If you do not have a link, open a FREE 2 GIG Dropbox account, upload your video and provide the link in the Performance Link.    

    1. Sign Up for a free account (2 gigs).  You will be asked to download the App to your phone or to your computer.  You do NOT have to download the program to your computer.  Once you verify your email address, simply go to dropbox.com and sign in.
    2. Upload your video.
    3. Click on the SHARE button to the right of the title of your video.
    4. Click on “Create a Link”, and then “Copy Link”
    5. Paste that link in the Performance Link field on your application.

  • DIRECTORS
    • Directors with 6 PAID performers by 11/01 will receive one (1) Director Pass.
    • Director with 12+ PAID performers by 1/01 will receive up to (2) Director Passes.

Performer Bulk Discount*

If a Director/Studio has 40+ PAYING DANCERS, they qualify for $25 OFF the PROMO price. This discount is per DIRECTOR or Studio location. Discount is only valid through NOVEMBER ONLY. After 11/30, Performers have to pay the CURRENT PRICE.



KID PERFORMERS

NOTE: For their safety, Children with kid passes will NOT be allowed in the ballroom at night without legal guardians.

NOTE:  HSD offers a one-time transfer of any FULL EVENT PASS or ALL NIGHT PASS to a Performers Pass at no charge.  Passes will only be transferred to the same person.  Any VIP Passes will be transferred as well.

Please have your dancer send in a GENERAL TO PERFORMER REQUEST from our website.

  • Songs should be of HIGH quality and obtained from a legal source or may be at risk of being removed if performance is uploaded to social media.
